🟢 A new application from BOX NOW is coming!
🔧 What should you do now?
Nothing!
- You can continue using the old BOX NOW app on Shopify as usual. When the time comes, we will send you instructions from us and our partner company ThinkPlus on how to switch to the new version.
- 💡 If you've deleted the old app, no problem. You can use the Partner Portal, our management tool, to issue and track your vouchers.
📧 You will receive email updates
As the new application is being prepared, you will receive emails from:
- from BOX NOW
- from Shopify
- and from ThinkPlus
👉 If you see such an email, read it — it's not spam and it's important.
👀 What will you see in the new app?
The old app BOX NOW Delivery App will be replaced with a new, better version that:
✅ Is easier to use
✅ Works with more Shopify plans
- 🔹 For Shopify’s Basic Plan:
The locker map will appear on the Cart page (before Checkout). - 🔹 For other plans (Shopify, Advanced, Plus):
The map will appear in the Cart.
At Checkout, the 3 nearest lockers to the customer will be displayed, if they haven't already selected their preferred locker from the Cart.
🛍️ If you’ve just started working with us:
Until the new app is released, use the Partner Portal to issue and manage
your vouchers.
Once the new app is out, you’ll be able to install it as well.
